Using the Songs in Your Classroom

Yes, you can play them. No permission needed, no fee, no form to fill in.

Every Artful Quill book has its own original song. They are written to be sung along with, and we would rather they were used than protected.

You’re welcome to

• Play the songs in your classroom, library, or at story time.
• Use them alongside the books, or on their own.
• Play them at school assemblies, book fairs, and reading nights.
• Stream them or play them straight from this site.
• Put them on in a waiting room, a therapy session, or a hospital playroom.

Please just ask first if you’d like to

• Use a song in something you're selling.
• Include one in a video, film, or advertisement.
• Record your own version, or make a new arrangement.
• Upload the audio anywhere as your own content.
