How your book is made

Every Artful Quill book is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you order, your copy is printed for you by Lulu Press, Inc., our print partner, and shipped directly to you.

How long it takes

Printing: 3–5 business days. This happens before your order ships.

Then shipping, at the speed you chose at checkout:

Mail (USPS)	12–13 business days
Ground (Home Delivery)	10–11 business days
Priority Mail	10–11 business days
Expedited	7–8 business days
Express	6–7 business days

So a Mail order typically arrives about 3–4 weeks after you place it, and an Express order in about 2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and holiday periods can extend them.

If we can't meet the window above, we'll email you, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. We won't wait for you to ask.

What shipping costs

Exactly what our printer charges us — nothing added. Your shipping cost is calculated live at checkout from your actual address and the number of books you're ordering, which is why it changes as you add books.

Where we ship

United States. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. Tracking follows once your books leave the print facility.
