Who we are. Artful Quill is an independent publishing imprint operated by Olivia Norris, Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Orders. Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may decline or cancel any order. Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it.

Payment. Handled by Stripe. By ordering you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.

Shipping, refunds and replacements. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. The stories, illustrations, characters, designs and song lyrics on this site are original works by Olivia Norris and are protected by copyright. The sound recordings are produced and controlled by Artful Anthem. Buying a book gives you that copy — it doesn't transfer any rights in the work.

Free activity packs. Downloadable activity packs are free for personal, family, classroom and library use, including printing as many copies as you need for your own students. You may not sell them, put them behind a paywall, or redistribute them as your own.

Music. You're welcome to play the songs in classrooms, libraries and at story time, no permission needed, no fee. See our For Teachers page for what's covered. For commercial use, broadcast, sync licensing, or recording your own version, email us — we're generally happy to say yes. Books@artfulquill.net

Quill's Arcade. Provided free for entertainment, as-is.

Age. Orders may only be placed by adults 18 or over.

Disclaimer. This site and its content are provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
